President, James Blake

James Blake

President

With more than 20 years of printing experience, James knows the ins and outs of promotions better than anybody. At Verba, he combines this expertise with a deep understanding of senior living and long-term care, drawing upon past experience in healthcare administration.

James loves business plans and spreadsheets almost as much as he loves college football and fishing. He lives in New Braunfels, Texas with his wife Sarah, two kids and Teddy the dachshund.

Michael has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in designing and building software applications. Before joining us at Verba, he helped grow a start-up software company from a garage to annual revenue of more than $12 million.

Our resident gadget guy, Michael is justifiably proud of his awesome home entertainment man cave, where he enjoys a variety of sports and an even wider variety of music. But he’s prouder still of having raised two daughters and surviving his role as Father of the Bride with only a few more gray hairs. 

Supply Chain Manager, Joel Hayes

Fueled by massive amounts of coffee, Joel is a supply-chain management maniac. With more than 15 years of experience making supply chains more effective, managing inventories and reducing factory costs, you could call him a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt. He does the same for Verba — making sure that everything we do is as efficient and strategic as possible.

Joel has finished 3 Ironman triathlons. Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. And driven every mile of I-35 from Laredo, Texas to Duluth, Minnesota. He even graduated from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Joel’s been everywhere and done everything, and we’re glad he’s here to share his experiences with us.

Marketing Programs Manager

Sabrina is our "get ‘er done" guru. She’s successfully managed everything from new product launches to a new corporate website and online store. As if that weren’t enough for one brain to manage, she’s a little bit obsessed with Sudoku. 

She recently went trapezing in Australia. She will be happy if she never has to do that again. (The trapeze part. Australia was actually really fantastic.)
